Mariya has years of practical aesthetics experience and is a registered Associate Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition - which means she understands skin health from the inside out, not just what goes on the surface.

Hyaluronic acid fillers generally last between 9 and 18 months, depending on where they're placed, which product is used and how your body metabolises them. Lip filler tends to last 6-9 months, while cheek and jawline work can hold for up to 18 months.
Most injectables have no downtime at all - plenty of clients come in on their lunch break. Some skin treatments, such as chemical peels or microneedling, can cause mild redness for a day or two. Mariya will walk you through exactly what to expect before your treatment.
